Using this Booking Tool 

• Please review our Meeting Spaces Policy prior to submitting a request. 

• All reservation requests should be made using the booking tool below. 

• To quickly view the next available timeslot, click "Next Available" 

• To view availability on a specific date, click “Go To Date” and select your date. 

• To view more information about each meeting space including capacity, size, available equipment, etc. click on the blue “Info” button next to each meeting space name. 

FAQs 

• All individuals who request a meeting space are expected to have read our Meeting Spaces Policy. 

• Meeting space use is free to civic groups and non-profits. For business rates view our Meeting Spaces Policy. 

• Reservation requests cannot be made via phone or email. 

• Reservation requests can be made up to 90 days in advance and no later than 2 weeks in advance. 

• Reservation requests are not confirmed until approved by staff. You will receive an email if your booking is approved. 

• Groups can have no more than two (2) reservations on the calendar per month. 

• Groups may not charge entry fees for any room bookings. 

• You must be 18 or older to reserve a meeting space.

• If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible via email at reservations@barringtonlibrary.org.
