Using this Booking Tool

Please review our Meeting Spaces Policy prior to submitting a request.

All reservation requests should be made using the booking tool below.

To quickly view the next available timeslot, click "Next Available"

To view availability on a specific date, click “Go To Date” and select your date.

To view more information about each meeting space including capacity, size, available equipment, etc. click on the blue “Info” button next to each meeting space name.
FAQs

All individuals who request a meeting space are expected to have read our Meeting Spaces Policy.

Meeting space use is free to civic groups and non-profits. For business rates view our Meeting Spaces Policy.

Reservation requests cannot be made via phone or email.

Reservation requests can be made up to 90 days in advance and no later than 2 weeks in advance.

Reservation requests are not confirmed until approved by staff. You will receive an email if your booking is approved.

Groups can have no more than two (2) reservations on the calendar per month.

Groups may not charge entry fees for any room bookings.

You must be 18 or older to reserve a meeting space.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible via email at reservations@barringtonlibrary.org.
