SUMMARY:The First Annual Spooky Story Contest
DESCRIPTION:Like to write scary tales? Then this is the contest for you! 
 Submit an original story of 1000 words or less with a spooky or thriller 
 theme. Categories are as follows: Grades 6 - 8th and Grades 9 - 12th. One 
 winner and runner-up from each category will be selected. \n\nEntries must 
 include: Title\, Author (first & last name)\, Author's grade & Author's 
 email and phone number. \n\nOne entry per person. Stories can be emailed to 
 Tanya@barringtonlibrary.org OR hand delivered to the library. \n\nEntries 
 must be received by end of day on Saturday\, October 28th \n\nWinners will 
 be notified the following week. Cash prizes sponsored by the Friends of 
 Barrington Library.  $50 first place (plus special trophy) and $25 
 runner-up\, respectively                             \n
