Community Activity Afternoon - Mental Health Break In-Person
Join us on Friday afternoons in May for a mental health break. Enjoy relaxing and communal activities such as jigsaw puzzling, coloring, card games, word puzzles, and more! You could even bring your current knitting or cross stitch project to work on. Our goal is to relax, enjoy each other's company and focus on improving our mental health as we wind down the week and prepare for the weekend.
This is a drop-in event, no need to register. Come alone or bring a friend.
Free and open to adults of all ages.
