Walk & Listen with Barrington Land Conservation Trust at Johannis Wildlife Preserve In-Person
Join Kyle, our Digital Services Librarian and members of the Barrington Land Conservation Trust for a beautiful morning walk through one of BLCT's closed-to-the-public properties, Johannis Wildlife Preserve. Bring yourself, some water, and walking shoes and join us on a walk through a rarely seen conserved properties. You can learn about the property from our BLCT guide or put in some headphones and enjoy the fresh air on your own.
Directions: Johannis Wildlife Preserve is located on Sowams Road, 0.7 miles north of Sowams Elementary School. Parking is available on site. The entrance is located after the house and before the gnarled tree. Signage will guide you!
