Mindfulness for the New Year Online

As we turn the calendar to a new year, join us for a four-part mindfulness series led by Patricia McLaughlin, focused on living mindfully every day.

The sessions will build upon each other but they are nonsequential so participants are invited to join one or multiple sessions. There will be time between the sessions to apply the techniques in our personal and professional settings and return together to deepen our practice. We will discuss setting intentions rather than establishing goals for 2022 as well as how to manage the stress often accumulated from a number of daily stressors.

While there is much written about mindfulness, it can be challenging to apply it to our daily lives. In this introductory course, we will define mindfulness in a more tangible manner and explore techniques that you can immediately incorporate into your daily life to improve your well-being, focus, and outlook.

Participants with no prior mindfulness experience are welcome, as are those practitioners who enjoy the practice in a community setting. 

Free and open to adults. Registration required to receive Zoom link. Please note: registration closes 1 hour before program start time.
