Prepare, Recover, Restore: Gentle Core & Pelvic Floor Wellness In-Person

This supportive, body-literacy series focuses on gentle core and pelvic floor wellness through breath, nervous system regulation, and accessible movement. Participants will learn pelvic floor mapping, tension release techniques, and simple tools to support strength, healing, and connection in their bodies.

Register once and be registered for the entire series:

  • Thurs. Mar. 26 at 9:30 am

  • Fri. Apr. 24 at 9:30 am
  • Thurs. May 14 at 9:30 am

Open to all. Especially supportive for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. No prior experience needed.

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing suitable for gentle movement and floor work, and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
