More Than Sad: Suicide Prevention for Parents In-Person
Join the Barrington Prevention Coalition, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and Barrington Public Library on Tuesday, October 14 from 6-8 pm for this free program. Lead by Kerrie Constant from the Rhode Island Chapter of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, this program teaches parents how to recognize signs of depression and other mental health problems; initiate a conversation about mental health with their child; and get help. This program focuses on parents and guardians of teen youth.
Free and open to adults. Registration required.
