Caregiver Cafe: "Sleep Tight All Night" In-Person
The Caregiver Café is designed to give caregivers an opportunity for connections and learning at the library. Each café will incorporate an educational presentation by a childcare expert with time for questions and conversation. This meet-up features, Barrington resident Jessica Hay, MSN, APRN, CPN-AC, who will be discussing healthy sleep strategies for families.
This program is for adults only, registration is required.
