Wet Felting Workshop: Make a Scarf In-Person
Join local fiber artist Bea Lawnsby for a two-day wet felting workshop on Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19. Attendees will learn the basics of wet felting and use wool to create their own felted scarf.
This is a two-day workshop from 10 am - 4 pm on Saturday (including 1-hour for lunch) and then from 12-3 pm on Sunday. You must be able to attend both days.
Please note: This is a physically taxing workshop. Upper body strength is needed and you should be able to stand for long periods of time.
This is a beginner felting class and all supplies will be provided. If you have taken a felting class at the library with Bea before, we kindly ask that you refrain from registering to allow another student the opportunity to learn a new skill.
Free and open to adults. Space is extremely limited.
