Literary Pairings Book Discussion Group In-Person
Literary Pairings Book Discussion Group meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 8 pm from September through June in person, unless otherwise noted. Participants read an assigned classic one month followed by a contemporary read-alike similar in theme, plot, and/or characters the following month. Librarian Ben Hanley leads the discussions and prepares questions. Email is required for group communication. If the registration is full, please contact Ben Hanley at bhanley@barringtonlibrary.org or 401-247-1920 x2 to be placed on the waiting list. Library staff are available to help participants obtain library copies of each book, but it is ultimately the responsibility of each participant to secure their own copy of the book.
