Barrington Books, in partnership with the Barrington Public Library, presents Wally Lamb, the #1 Bestselling Author of two Oprah Book Club Picks, for a discussion and book signing for the release of his new book, The River is Waiting on Monday, June 23 at 6:30 pm.
Registration is required. General admission for the presentation only is free. Presentation and book signing tickets include a copy of the book and admission to the signing line after the presentation. Books will be available for purchase after the lecture.

Lamb also edited Couldn’t Keep It to Myself and I’ll Fly Away, two volumes of essays from students in his writing workshop at York Correctional Institution, a women’s prison in Connecticut, where he was a volunteer facilitator for twenty years. Lamb lives in Connecticut with his wife, Christine, and they have three sons.
