Adult String Instrument Workshop with Community Strings Project

Adult String Instrument Workshop with Community Strings Project In-Person

Community String Project returns to Barrington Public Library for an Adult String Instrument Workshop on Wednesday, September 25 at 6:30 pm in the Collis Family Gallery! Adults are invited to join members of the String Orchestra and Guitar Ensemble for a brief concert followed by a meet-and-greet with the musicians and their instruments.  This is a great opportunity to get up close and personal with a violin, viola, cello, bass, and classical guitar and get an introduction to Community String Project's programs.

Free and open to adults!

About Community String Project:

Community String Project (CSP) is a local nonprofit that supports affordable and accessible after-school string instrument instruction in the Bristol Warren public schools, and evening classes at the the Bristol Statehouse in Bristol for adult instruction on violin, viola, cello, bass, and beginning this fall classical guitar.  CSP extends its reach to all Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts high schools and adult learners via four evening ensembles that meet in Bristol, providing instruction to beginners through more advanced players.
