Kids Yoga Class In-Person
Move, breathe and embrace the many benefits of yoga! This playful take on traditional yoga will incorporate helpful techniques for your child to ease anxiety and promote positive ways to navigate their daily life. Kids will attend independently. This class is for children ages 8-11.
Pamela Morelli, RYT 200, is a graduate of the Pronotthan Yoga School through All That Matters. She is a playful soul with a compassionate heart. She began yoga many years ago when her children were young, as a way to balance her career, parenting responsibilities and self-care. She is also a clinical social worker and has worked with children in school settings for over 25 years.
