Outdoor Tech Class: Video Streaming Services In-Person

This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of video streaming services for movies, tv shows, and video content. Students will learn about the history of video streaming, its applications, and how it is transforming the entertainment industry. They will also be introduced to key concepts and terms like discovery, playlists, licensing. Students will also learn about the different types of both free and paid video streaming services. By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of video streaming services and their potential to change the way we watch video content.

 

This outdoor class will take place behind the library on the stone patio at the picnic benches.

Free Wi-Fi is available - choose "Library_ParkingLot" from the list of Wi-Fi options on your device to connect. Chairs will be provided. 

If there is inclement weather, class will be held in the Residential Properties Room on the second floor of the Library.
