Outdoor Tech Class: Music Streaming Services In-Person
Looking for that perfect playlist?
This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of music streaming apps. Students will learn about the history of music streaming, its applications, and how it is transforming the music industry. They will also be introduced to key concepts and terms like discovery, playlists, and royalties. The course will cover several issues and ethical concerns surrounding music streaming, including copyright and privacy. Students will also learn about the different types of both free and paid music streaming apps. By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of music streaming apps and their potential to change the way we listen to music.
This outdoor class will take place behind the library on the stone patio at the picnic benches.

If there is inclement weather, class will be held in the Residential Properties Room on the second floor of the Library.
