Spring Cookbook Club

Spring Cookbook Club In-Person

Adults are invited to join us for the Spring Session of our new and improved cookbook club! This group will meet twice for the Spring Session on Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30 pm for our cookbook discussion and again on Tuesday, April 23 at 6:30 pm for our potluck dinner.

In our first meeting, we will discuss the author, book introduction, layout, and recipe map, and then set the menu for the next meeting and decide who will bring what. Then for our second meeting, everyone will make a dish at home, and bring it to our potluck dinner in the Peck Center for Adult Enrichment.

You must attend BOTH sessions! When you register below you are signing up for both days - April 9 and April 23.

The book for Spring 2024 is Half Baked Harvest Every Day by Tieghan Gerard. Once you register, you can pick up a copy of the book at the Circulation Desk. You can also purchase the book yourself if you wish. Please have your book ready for the Tuesday, April 9 meeting. You will be expected to have read the Introduction and Ingredients sections, as well as at least skimmed through the rest of the book. It would be helpful if you also had a general idea of which dish(es) you would like to make.

Free and open to adults.
